01 · Choose the output
Load a map or terrain layer suitable for the measurement.
02 · Draw the geometry
Select distance, area, or profile and place points deliberately.
03 · Review the values
Check units, map scale, coordinate system, and elevation datum. A profile follows the drawn line.
04 · Save the result
Give it a meaningful name and include it in a report if it is relevant.
