The proposed Survey offer is US$199 per month after a 15-day trial. The first billing date is shown before authorization. No US$199 charge is made during the trial. A payment provider may place or collect a separate card-validation amount, which will be disclosed in the hosted checkout.
Cancel in the customer portal before the displayed trial end to prevent the first recurring charge. Trial access continues until the displayed expiry. After billing starts, cancellation stops future renewal, subject to the final purchase terms.
A Survey license allows one active desktop installation at a time. Initial activation and periodic renewal require network access. The test checkout is limited to approved testers and provides no public production download.
Live billing and downloads open only after payment, signed installer, distribution rights, third-party notice, privacy, and terms reviews are complete.
