This prelaunch notice describes the website and planned desktop reporting. It requires legal review before live billing.
Registration collects email and phone number. The portal stores sessions, license and purchase history, and support tickets. Payment card details are entered only in the payment provider’s hosted flow; MapFocal does not collect or store card numbers.
When connected, the desktop may send dataset name and ID, image count, operations used, processing status and durations, application version, and machine configuration. A bounded queue retries after an outage. It does not send imagery, output files, GCP coordinates, or raw logs.
The desktop sends a license key, installation identity, and lease details to allocate one active PC. A signed lease supports temporary service outages.
Account, license, support, and usage records are retained for service and audit needs. Contact support for an access or deletion request. Retention periods and jurisdiction-specific rights will be finalized before live launch.
